Return/Refund Policy: All purchases may be returned within ten (10) days of purchase with a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping). You must obtain a return authorization number before returning any item. Returns must be received within ten (10) days of the return authorization number being issued. All products must be returned with all the parts and in the original packaging. Any damage to the packaging or the product will result in a restocking fee, which can vary from 10 to 20 percent. No refunds are available after 10 days have elapsed.
